Before I place my order…

Can I collect my order from The Greedy Greek Deli in Sheffield?

Answer: Yes, just let us know when and at what time you would like to collect your order and we will have it ready for you.

Can you deliver my order to a neighbour or alternative address?

Answer: Yes, just put the preferred delivery address in the Delivery Address section of the Checkout page.

Do you offer Gift Card voucher options?

Answer: Yes, we have gift vouchers available in £10 denominations – simply Contact Us regarding the total value you require.

Can you cater for my special dietary requirements?

Answer: Yes, in most cases we can. Please Contact Us with details of your requirements and we will be in touch soon after.

Privacy & Security - what happens with my details once submitted?

Answer: We do not share your personal details with any 3rd parties. Your details will only be on our database so we can advise you of any offers or new products we have coming on line. If you do not wish to be advised of these, you can unsubscribe via a link in any emails received.

Can I order drinks as well as food items? What about Alcohol?

Answer: We can supply cans and bottles of soft drinks including  fresh fruit juices. At a later stage we hope to be able to supply Greek Wines, Beers, Spirits. REGISTER YOUR INTEREST and we will keep you updated.

Do you also offer a same-day HOT food delivery service?

Answer: Yes we can in areas close to The Greedy Greek Deli, Hunters Bar, Sheffield: S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7, S8, S10, S11, S12, S13, S14, S17, S18, S20, S21 & S26. Contact the Deli direct if you know what you would like to order – or you can browse our Hot Food menu & order via the Just Eat website.

Cold food storage: use by dates and suitability for freezing?

Cooking at home - typical process and utensil requirements?

After I’ve placed my order…

Is it just Cash or BACS only? Can I pay by card in person or over the phone?

Answer: At this present time we are just taking cash upon delivery/collection or BACS to customers within 25miles of Sheffield S11. Customers elsewhere within mainland UK can currently pay via BACS only.

Later this year we hope to be able to offer the facility of paying by card. REGISTER YOUR INTEREST and we will keep you updated.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been sent?

Answer: Yes, provided you telephone us before 8pm on the day before your delivery is due. Please telephone us on 07927 673990 & leave a message if we can’t pick up right away.

Can I change the delivery day/time after my order has been sent?

Answer: Yes, provided you telephone us before 8pm on the day before your delivery is due. Please telephone us on 07927 673990 & leave a message if we can’t pick up right away.

Can I please cancel my order? If yes, how would I do this?

Answer: Yes, provided you telephone us before 8pm on the day before your delivery is due. Please telephone us on 07927 673990 & leave a message if we can’t pick up right away OR email greekdelidirect@gmail.com.

Once I’ve received my order…

Your food is delicious - is there a way to order the same (or similar) again?

Answer: Yes - if you have registered your details (i.e not placed your order as a ‘guest’) you can Log-in & access details of all your orders via the Order History page. Select the order you want to repeat, and select ‘Order Again’ – you can even edit the order before sending!  

Items not received in my order / wrong items / not as described?

Answer: Please check your order with our driver upon delivery then any mistakes can be identified & rectified at once. If you were unable to check the delivery for whatever reason & discover an error, please contact us the same day on 07927 673990. If no immediate answer, leave a message & we will call you back soon after.

My order is late or has not arrived - what should I do?

Where can I leave feedback about your services or about my purchase?
